MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of the 109th Judicial District Community Supervision & Corrections Department is to provide the courts of Winkler County with a diversion from incarceration which will provide protection for the public and offer rehabilitation to the offender. We will consider the offender's capabilities, but they are to be held responsible and accountable for their actions.
